很喜歡做甜點,但不能吃太多的我,常常因怕吃不完浪費,
所以都不敢做,因此非到必要或真的嘴饞時,
我才會心血來潮的烤個蛋糕解饞一下。
這道優格蛋糕,算是很健康的一道甜點,材料裡沒有一點奶油及麵粉,
所以吃起來很清爽,再加上那淡淡的優格檸檬香,
真的是道讓人沒那麼大罪惡感的甜點。
喜歡甜食又怕胖的饕客們,這蛋糕是個不錯的選擇哦!

Greek Hazelnut and Yoghurt Cake - 希臘榛果優格蛋糕
材料:
3 large egg, separated
2/3 cup brown sugar(我有少放一些)
3 tablespoons Greek-style yoghurt
grated zest of 1 lemon
160g ground roasted hazelnuts
做法:
Preheat the oven to 180˚C. Lightly grease a 16.5cm×22cm oval tin
or a 23cm round springform cake tin and line the base with
non-stick baking paper.
Whisk the egg yalks with the sugar until thick and creamy. Stir in
the yoghurt, lemon zest and ground hazelnuts.
In another bowl, whip the egg white until stiff. Carefully fold the
whipped egg whites through the hazelnut mixture.
Spoon into the prepared tin and bake for 35 mins or until cooked
through.
Cool in the tin on a rack. Turn out onto a plate.
Serve with fresh fruit slices.
