我所申請的學校為Kassel (DEADLINE6/1)
學校要求我所要提供的文件為

• Application form of uni-assist  
• Application form IFBC
• Officially authenticated photocopies of all official transcripts, and if the certificates are not in German, or English, an officially authenticated translation is required. The documents have to be authenticated by either your home university or the embassy or cosulate.
• Letters of at least two references, each in a separate envelope
• Proof of proficiency in English language (e.g. TOEFL or equivalent certificate)
• A complete statement of objectives
  
  前兩天我已經將文件寄出了但是發現了一些問題
  文件當中3為學校的成績單，
  有著名需要認證過
  但是我寄出的成績單是正本並有附上學校剛印
  我認為應該符合學校的要求
  
  另外ILETS語文成績單我是附上影本的(沒有鋼印)
  
  但是
  我仔細的看過了uni-assist網站的要求
  
  In general, universities require officially authenticated copies of your original certificates, and officially authenticated translations of these. Regarding the form of authentication, requirements can differ from university to university: most universities accept copies of certificates and translations of them in English, and some accept them also in French or Spanish. In such cases, translations into German are not needed. Most universities require application documents to be translated by a state registered translator
  
  • Only ever send us copies of your certificates and documents, never the originals!
  • All copies must be authenticated!
  • If you send us copies of translated documents, these copies must also be authenticated!
  • Very few universities allow their applicants for Master's degree programmes to hand in simple copies of all certificates (please ask about this option directly at your chosen university).
  
  
  You must check with your chosen university as to which form of authentication they accept. An official authentication („amtliche Beglaubigung”) is often sufficient. 'Official' means that a public authority or the institution that originally issued the certificate confirms that copies of documents correspond to the originals. Some universities, however, request a 'public' authentication („öffentliche Beglaubigung”). This means that the German Embassy, a German consulate or a notary in Germany has to carry out the authentication. Again, please check with your chosen university as to which form of authentication they accept!

成績單是可以不用公證,因為本來就是正本.(你應該是跟學校申請吧?)
雅思的成績單影本就得去德國在台協會公證哦..

如果學校沒特別放寬要求，
那IELTS成績照例是要去德國在台協會公證（須先預約），
不然，uni-assist有可能會認為你資料不全，要你補件，補件完成之前都不會遞送給學校...

請問要如何在德國在台協會認證呢？
我上去看過有點搞不清楚
可以郵寄到德國在台協會認證嗎？
需要事先申請嗎？

德國在臺協會的影本認證一般要上網先預約時間才能帶正本與影本（需與正本完全相同，譬如有正反面就要印正反面，不能認為反面不重要就不印）去做影本認證。不過我記得Uni-Assist應該全都要影本喔！正本好像不太行。我覺得關於影本認證可否郵寄等問題，應該直接打去德國在台協會詢問比較恰當。

我用台灣的大學英文成績單正本透過Uni-Assist申請了幾間大學，都沒有任何問題，就算不透過Uni-Assist，直接向大學申請也沒有被拒絕過，
至於文件影本，則當然是要透過在台協會做認證了。
事實上在德國申請大學對於文件的真實性要求，其實沒有那麼嚴格，
反而是承辦人的心情好壞比較有可能決定一切....

他說用英文成績單和雅思成績單的影本是沒有問題的

不過一整個還是有點怕怕的

我的經驗是，用台灣學校發的英文成績單正本（彩色或有鋼印）申請德國學校，是被接受的。

雅思成績，當然都是用影本申請，因為正本只有一張（除非報名時就已經填寫要把多張正本直接寄給學校）。
但雅思影本需不需要德國在台協會的公證？非常建議「要公證」。
（如果不想冒著被Uni-Assist或德國學校另外通知補充證明的風險，非常建議先去德國在台協會預約然後公證。不然等待通知又補件，一來一往耗費的都是自己的申請時間。）

而既然都跑了一趟德國在台協會，最保險的做法就是把所有學校要求的成績單或文件，都一併公證，杜絕所有補件風險。

我寄信問Uni-assist影本能不能在德國Buergeramt公證，或是能不能直接寄正本，
以下是他們的回覆，參考看看：

1) Eine Ablichtungsbeglaubigung ist KEINE amtliche Beglaubigung. Bitte informieren Sie sich auf der Website der jeweiligen Universität, welche Arten von Beglaubigungen akzeptiert werden. Bürgerämter stellen in der Regel auch amtliche Beglaubigungen aus
2) Bitte schicken Sie KEINE original-Zeugnisse!

還是只要把印出來的確認信填好 郵寄就可以?
