標題: 簽證問題???? (結婚+學德文)
請問各位在德國的前輩

我明年會到德國學德文在學德文期間可能會跟我男朋友結婚(他是德國人)

不知道如果我持學生簽證的話可以先在德國結婚之後在轉換身份嗎???  還是得再回台灣辦結婚簽證呢???

還是說我回台灣時就(目前人在法國  今年會回台灣)把所有結婚的證件辦好  直接申請結婚簽證  然後到德國後再到學校註冊學德文???

另外  申請結婚簽證的話  要準備哪些文件呢???? (其他結婚要準備的文件我已經爬過文了  所以我知道我大概要準備哪些文件了)

還有一個問題  各位前輩的文件都是在台灣翻譯公證完後再拿到德國還是是到德國後  才找人公證翻譯呢  哪種比較方便呢????  因為之前到法國唸書前  我是把所有文件都在台灣翻譯公證所以到法國後省了很多事

Please allow me to answer in english, it is way faster for me to type.
If you have a french residence permit, you can just get married in Germany.
(since it is allowed for you to travel to Germany already.)
But before you get married, you have to submit all the documents needed to the Standesamt.
Then you have to wait for the Standesamt to say okay before you can make a date with them to get married.
The reason for it is that after you submit your documents, Standesamt sends the documents to court to verify the originality.

But if you need to get a visa in order to get married.
Then you will have to proceed in both ways.
1. Send the documents to the Standesamt.
2. get a marriage visa in France.
I do not think that you can switch the visa from student visa to marriage visa when you are in Germany.
You would have to go back to Taiwan again to get a marriage visa.

Either way, if you get the marriage visa, it only lasts for 3 months.
That means that you will have to get married within these 3 months. Of course, it is possible to extend the date with a reason.
After you are married, you will take the marriage certificate andpassport to Standesamt again to exchange your visa to one yearresidence permit.

If you do not mind waiting, it is maybe better to get married first before you start studying German.
After you get married, the German government will "force" you to learn German.
It is called the intergration course.
Depends on your husband's earning, this course can be for free or only half of the price.

I think it is cheaper to translate everything into German in Taiwan.
But i am not sure if it is more complicated since you have to get thedocuments certified with the court in taiwan, then German consulate intaipei.
I did my translation in Germany. Although it is a little bit expensive, but I do not need any stamps.
You are going to deal with a german governmental agency. They would doubt the documents "made" foreign.
But they would not doubt their own certified translators, if you know what i mean.

學生簽證應該可以在這邊結婚的
只有旅遊簽證是不能改居留目的(理論上-我聽過有人找律師依樣用旅遊簽證過來結婚)
如果你拿德國的學生簽證應該可以再這邊延簽過後送件standesamt
只要你的文件通過kammergerichte批准後在standesamt 定下結婚日期
auslaendersamt就不能要求你出境
如果在台灣申請的話聽說是三各越的工作天所以正常是四各越左右拿到
運氣不好也可能等半年
這部分要考慮進去

還有建議你男友去保法律險如果運氣不好要找律師時也比較省錢
